As senior analyst for the Committee For Economic Development (CED), he wrote policy statements on program budgeting and executive management in the federal government. As president of his own companies in development, construction, and restaurant management, he has had significant bottom line responsibilities.
Mr. Paul maintains a balance between professional interests and personal development. He has studied eastern and western philosophies and humanistic psychology, and has been involved in martial arts for nearly twenty years. He holds a black belt in Judo and is active in running and nautilus training. He is an avid outdoorsman and an instrument-rated commercial pilot. He has served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and has an MBA from Cornell University. He is co-author, with John J.
